Kroger Card

The Kroger Card (can also be used at JayC Stores) is a way to support FMN Ministries while doing your normal grocery shopping at NO EXTRA COST to you! It is easier than ever to be involved in the Kroger Card/JayC benefit program for FMN. You can click the button below for step by step instructions on how to start supporting FMN in this way. It is simply a matter of signing up with Kroger through their online portal and linking your Kroger Plus Card to FMN’s organization number (11691) and FMN will begin receiving credit for your purchases at no extra cost to you. Additionally we are delighted that there is no longer any need to purchase gift cards and reload (as it was under the previous scheme).

In 2013, FMN received over $1400 through this program, which was a great blessing to FMN and didn’t cost anyone anything to participate.

How to apply for your Kroger Card and use it to support Forget Me Not Ministries:

1. If you do not yet have a Kroger Plus card, they are available free of charge at the customer service desk of any Kroger store

2. Register online at krogercommunityrewards.com

3. Click on Sign In/Register & click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box

4. Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions

5. Click on My Account & login

6. Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number

7. Enter FMNs’ NPO number: 11691 or the name of our organization: Forget Me Not Ministries, select organization from the list and click on confirm

8. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see our organization’s name on the right side of your information page.

9. It is important to remember that any purchases you make at Kroger will not count for rewards for FMN until after you have registered your card and completed the above steps

10. Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.

11. Swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count
