Joy Beadz is a program designed to empower the Roma women by creating a chance for employment.

Each woman hand makes paper beads throughout the week and come together each Thursday, with Rachel our founder, to assemble the lacquered beads into beautiful, one of a kind jewelry and ornaments, that are then sold in our online store.
