A core part of FMN’s projects is providing employment to the Roma. It can be very hard for them to find work opportunities locally, and this can be very discouraging.
We believe that by providing employment opportunities rather than handouts we can not only enable the Roma to receive the finances they need to survive, but also raise their sense of self esteem through empowering them, and equip them with skills that they can use in the future.
